- It is (limited) possible to make use of the concepts on your event for additional hours once the agreed number of hours has been reached. These additional operational hours are subject to the same rate as discussed in the quotation under price for hours host.
- Staff safety should be ensured.
- Any damage to our materials, which is not caused by the staff, will be charged to the hirer. This in fairness and in proportion to the damage.
- Interactive Concept shall not be liable for any form of damage caused to the venue or assigned workplace.
- The lessee must provide sufficient parking space for Interactive Concept's van and/or box truck. Our vans are 6 metres long and 3 metres high and therefore never fit in car parks. Parking costs will be charged to the lessee.
- If you cancel more than 2 months before the start of the rental period, the entire rental sum will be returned to the tenant.
- If you cancel less than 2 months before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental fee must be paid.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50 % of the entire rental fee must be paid.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the rental period, the entire rental fee must be paid.
- If you cancel within a period of 2 months to less than 7 days before the start of the rental period for the following reasons; infectious disease, natural disasters, terrorism, political unrest or unannounced strikes, points 11 and 12 apply.
- Moving the event date within the time limit of the cancellation conditions counts as cancellation. The cancellation conditions remain in force despite a new date being announced.
- It is not possible to compulsorily cancel a booking due to imposed legislation or government regulations. However, it is possible to reschedule the booking if the government does not allow your event to go ahead.
- In case of non-payment by the tenant, collection costs will be borne by the tenant.
- Should it appear that the behaviour of guests puts Interactive Concept's staff and/or equipment at risk, and the hirer fails to improve the situation despite reports from the staff, Interactive Concept may decide to consider the rental period as terminated. Refund of the rental fee is then excluded. Any damage/injury to employee and/or equipment will be recovered from the hirer.
- Our shirts are printed with our logo as standard. If you prefer us to wear a blank shirt, this is no problem at all if indicated in advance. In addition, it is also possible to wear the tenant's own company clothing.
- Printing errors and price changes reserved.
- The Contractor shall provide a level, unobstructed route to the destination. NB. The Magic Mirror can only be raised by lift.
- If our concepts have to be assembled other than at ground level or the location on the other hand may cause difficulties during assembly and disassembly, you must let us know by e-mail before agreeing to the quotation. Our largest pieces of furniture are as much as 2 metres high and 1 metre wide and fit into many a lift. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that we have a sufficiently large free route to the place where we need to set up. So please ask for the dimensions of the furniture you will receive if you are in doubt.
- Unfortunately, annoying traffic situations / traffic jams / car breakdowns cannot be avoided. This falls under "force majeure". Interactive Concept cannot be held liable for this.
- Crew catering (meal for employees) will be provided by the client when employees are present at the party/event between 17:00 and 19:30. If crew catering is not available, a charge of € 15.00 per person will be made for this after calculation.
- If the photographic concept discussed cannot be delivered due to force majeure, Interactive Concept will provide a replacement photographic concept of the same value.
- If payment is not made after the expiry of the payment period of our invoices and reminders, Interactive Concept is authorised to charge administration costs.
